The Best Swimmer

May 27, 2012

I was walking around the pool. A girl was filling her canoe up with water. She looked depressed. She filled it until it sank. It took me a minute to realize that she was drowning herself. I dived in and searched around for her. There was a huge dining hall beneath the water. I’m not the best swimmer, but I found her beside some swing doors. She was heavy and I couldn’t get her to the surface. I hit the glass wall where the security guards were. They looked at us as if I was disrupting their important conversation. I wondered if I was going to drown.
