The Traveling Salesman.

There were many notes. The doors were opened – that way if Chris’ parents came then they would have known that the house had been aired.

The traveling salesman was rejected. He was only selling purple beads. Nobody wanted them.

I was reading books about child rearing. There was a new law: if you have a baby then you can read fiction, until then you have to read about children. All of the books were about the baby program.
